We maintain strict quality control at every stage - from farm selection, harvesting, processing to packaging. All products are A Grade export quality and tested for purity, freshness, and safety standards.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life varies by product: Fresh onions: 50-180 days under proper storage, Fresh ginger: 60-90 days, Fresh coconut: 30-60 days, Dehydrated products: 1-2 years. Detailed specifications are available on each product page.

Do you offer customized packaging?

Yes, we offer customized packaging options including private labeling, specific bag sizes, and branded packaging for bulk orders. Please discuss your requirements with our team.

What documents do you provide for export?

We provide complete export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and any other documents required by your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on destination. Typically 15-30 days for sea freight to most international destinations. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery.

Are your products organic?

We offer both conventional and organic products. Our organic products are grown without synthetic pesticides and follow natural farming practices. Please specify your preference when ordering.
